Donn C. Ahern

A 74-year-old Cape Coral man has been accused of exposing himself to a 9-year-old girl.
Cape Coral Police have filed second degree felony charges against Donn C. Ahern, 5235 Coronado Parkway #1. Ahern is charged with lewd and lascivious behavior (exhibition), victim less than 16 years of age.
The girl’s father contacted the Cape Coral Police on Feb. 14 to report that his daughter approached him earlier in the day and began asking questions about sexual acts. He became alarmed by some of the questions and asked why she was asking them. The girl said Ahern had exposed and touched himself in front of her on more than one occasion, officials said in a prepared statement released today.
An investigation by the Children’s Advocacy Center and Cape Coral Police Detective Erica Cunningham found probable cause to charge Ahern, a warrant for Ahern’s arrest was issued, and he was arrested by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office today.
