U.S. Sen. Bill Nelson will meet Monday with Cape Coral homeowners to get a first-hand look at the effects of toxic “Chinese drywall.”
Nelson will meet with Joyce and Sonny Dowdy at their Cape Coral home Monday morning, officials with his office said late Friday. The Dowdys are represented by local attorney David Durkee who also will be on hand with other area homeowners.
After the house visit, Nelson will head to a noon lunch meeting with local elected officials at a Fort Myers restaurant.
