Students in the Technology Student Association Chapters at Fort Myers High, Fort Myers Middle, Lexington Middle, Mariner Middle and Trafalgar Middle competed in the Florida State TSA competition. The students represented the district very well by placing in almost every middle and high school event and bringing home numerous trophies.
The results of the competition were:
· Fort Myers High brought 11 students, had finalists in 13 events and brought home three second place trophies and one third place trophy;
· Fort Myers Middle brought 13 students, had finalists in 10 events and brought home one second place trophy;
· Lexington Middle brought 11 students and had finalists in eight events;
· Mariner Middle brought eight students, had finalists in two events and brought home one second place trophy.
· Trafalgar Middle brought four students and had finalists in two events.
