Lee County Commissioner Tammy Hall will be holding a town hall meeting to review the Babcock Settlement Agreement. The Board of County Commissioners recently discussed and approved this item at their August 11th Board meeting.

There will be representatives from the County Attorney’s office, Natural Resources, and Lee County Department of Transportation available to present the terms of the agreement, discuss the overall Babcock impact on Lee County, and the process that will be addressing those impacts.

The meeting will be held on Monday August 31, 2009, from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm in the County Commission Chambers located 2120 Main Street, downtown Fort Myers.
