Fort Myers police conducted a search warrant at 1030 Rose Avenue, apartment #1 Friday night. Police seized one Glock 22 .40 caliber handgun, one Colt .380 caliber handgun, 12 grams of “crack” cocaine, 33 grams of cocaine HCL,15 grams of marijuana, and 21 MDMA ecstasy pills. Police arrested the following people:
1. Eddie Sturgis (DOB 02-26-1981), for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession of MDMA (ecstasy) with intent to sell, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
2. Brian Sturgis (DOB 04-16-1985), for possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, and possession of MDMA (ecstasy) with intent to sell, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
3. Brittnay Marchese (DOB 09-09-1989) for possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession of MDMA (ecstasy) with intent to sell, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
4. Kortne Sturgis (DOB 06-06-1990) for possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, and possession of MDMA (ecstasy) with intent to sell, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
5. Marcus Hill (DOB 01-24-1991) for sale of cocaine and possession of cocaine.
6. Daryl Scott (DOB 01-19-1986), for possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana.
Police also conducted a search warrant at 3314 Armstrong Court. Police seized 13 grams of “crack” cocaine, 16 grams of cocaine HCL and three grams of marijuana. Police arrested the following people:
Alanzo Edison (d.o.b. 12-5-82), Rudy Cooper (d.o.b. 7-8-79) and Ceon Gordon (d.o.b. 8-12-85) were all charge with: Possession of cocaine with the intent to sell within 1000′ of a school, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest without violence. A
nthony Hernandez (d.o.b. 7-23-79) received the same charges but police additionally charged him with fleeing and attempting to elude LEO.
