Impaired drivers are a very real danger to themselves and, of course, any motorist who is sharing the road at the same time. With this in mind, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office launched a multi-faceted campaign of education, awareness and enforcement to battle this threat to our community. We have elected to publicize the names of those charged by deputies with the offense of DUI during the past week:

On September 19, 2009, at approximately 12:40 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Shauna Nicole Kirby, D.O.B. 09/01/87 of 7765 Ebson Drive, North Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 13681 Doctors Way, Fort Myers.

On September 15, 2009, at approximately 12:20 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Franklin Delno Kent, D.O.B. 11/20/67 of 7728 Grady Drive, North Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Laurel Lane & Grady Drive, North Fort Myers.

On September 15, 2009, at approximately 10:00 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Evelyn E. James, D.O.B. 10/18/45 of 7710 Hart Road, North Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Hart Drive/Hart Road, North Fort Myers.

On September 14, 2009, at approximately 01:23 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Nichole Renee Miller, D.O.B. 06/13/81 of 14653 Old Olga Road, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of I-75 @ Mile Marker 141, Fort Myers.

On September 14, 2009, at approximately 03:01 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Ryan Michael Holleran, D.O.B. 06/14/90 of 2043 SE 28th Terrace, Cape Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 1345 Estero Boulevard, Fort Myers Beach.

On September 14, 2009, at approximately 11:42 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Michael Adrian Fernandez, D.O.B. 09/26/83 of 209 Daleview Avenue, Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 1181 Homestead Road, Lehigh Acres.

On September 15, 2009, at approximately 02:56 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Sally Renee Loftin, D.O.B. 08/14/84 of 8751 Wesleyan Drive, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of South Pointe Boulevard, Fort Myers.

On September 15, 2009, at approximately 10:52 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Richard Lee Majors, D.O.B. 07/17/38 of 20596 Candlewood Hollow, Estero, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of S Tamiami Trail, Fort Myers.

On September 15, 2009, at approximately 10:58 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested John Gary Brentlinger, D.O.B. 04/03/70 of 27008 Adriana Drive, Bonita Springs, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of US 41 & Bonita Beach Road, Bonita Springs.

On September 16, 2009, at approximately 02:24 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Jerry Lee Hodgkins, D.O.B. 02/18/85 of 3914 SW Ascot Lane, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Gladiolus Drive & Winkler Road, Fort Myers.

On September 16, 2009, at approximately 03:30 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Adam Michael Toro, D.O.B. 09/15/09 of 1016 NW 12th Lane, Cape Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Brantley Commons Court/Brantley Road, Fort Myers.

On September 17, 2009, at approximately 12:28 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Jose Luis Aburto Lozano, D.O.B. 07/30/72 of 10976 Goodwin Street, Bonita Springs, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 26901 Old 41 Road, Bonita Springs.

On September 17, 2009, at approximately 11:51 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Rachele Victoria Ruggiano, D.O.B. 03/13/68 of 705 Homer Avenue N, Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 11670 Navarro Way, Fort Myers.

On September 18, 2009, at approximately 01:43 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Karen Louise Mabry, D.O.B. 12/27/63 of 922 Angelo Avenue, Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Colonial Boulevard & Forum Boulevard, Fort Myers.

On September 18, 2009, at approximately 03:29 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Taylor Reece Blocklin, D.O.B. 11/30/87 of 1828 Flagler Avenue, Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Cleveland Avenue & Crystal Drive, Fort Myers.

On September 18, 2009, at approximately 10:59 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Rudolph E. Zannoni, D.O.B. 10/03/35 of 26197 Kings Road, Bonita Springs, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Old 41 & Reynolds Street, Bonita Springs.

On September 19, 2009, at approximately 12:05 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Moises G. Ramirez, D.O.B. 12/10/77 of 4278 Vanda Drive, Bonita Springs, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Felts Avenue SE/Ragsdale Street SE, Bonita Springs.

On September 19, 2009, at approximately 01:19 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Frank Fedock,, D.O.B. 06/03/51 of 3677 Riviera Circle, Bonita Springs, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Bonita Beach Road & Luke Street, Bonita Springs.

On September 19, 2009, at approximately 11:19 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Craig David Rehard, D.O.B. 02/21/65 of 12451 Metro Parkway, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of US 41/Estero Parkway, Estero.

On September 20, 2009, at approximately 11:19 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Crystal Lynn Hughes, D.O.B. 04/28/82 of 8149 Pelican Road, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of S Tamiami Trail/Pelican Colony Boulevard, Estero.
