Narcotics Arrest Update

The illegal sale, use and distribution of narcotics is recognized as a significant contributor to violent crimes, burglaries and thefts which can dramatically affect the quality of life in our community. Therefore, the Lee County Sheriff's Office is making every effort to take drugs off the street by targeting individuals who are active participants in this unsavory underworld. This is being accomplished through aggressive patrol, undercover operations and interagency investigations with local, state and federal drug enforcement agencies.

In the past week the Lee County Sheriff's Office made a total of 14 drug arrests. To educate and enhance awareness of the Sheriff's Office daily activities in this endeavor the following arrests are being listed:

ties arrested Jeremy Michael Hinton, D.O.B. 03/08/77, of 1745 Westcoral Ter., North Fort Myers, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of Hancock Bridge Pkwy / Orange Grove Blvd., North Fort Myers.

On July 24, 2010, at approximately 08:59 a.m., Lee County Sheriff's Deputies

arrested Bon Suwichai Jeffries, D.O.B. 06/08/90, of 17111 College Club

Loop, Fort Myers, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of

Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of 17111 College Club Loop, Fort

Myers.

On July 25, 2010, at approximately 09:30 a.m., Lee County Sheriff's Deputies

arrested Kathleen Elizabeth Deem, D.O.B. 12/02/68, of 2543 Dakota, on

felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled Substance without a

Prescription. The incident occurred in the area of 545 Pine Island Road, North

Fort Myers.

On July 12, 2010, at approximately 03:36 a.m., Lee County Sheriff's Deputies

arrested Reginald Dunning, D.O.B. 02/19/60, of 2262 Willard Ave, Fort Myers,

on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine. The incident occurred in

the area of 3038 Cleveland Ave, Fort Myers.

On July 12, 2010, at approximately 02:48 p.m., Lee County Sheriff's Deputies

arrested Timothy Wayne Weichert, D.O.B. 07/05/74, of 17456 Ellie Dr., Fort

Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine, Possession of

Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of Spruce Dr. / San Carlos Blvd.,

On July 13, 2010, at approximately 11:11 p.m., Lee County Sheriff's Deputies

arrested Andy Catinchi Rivera, D.O.B. 02/14/72, of 2710 22nd Street SW,

Lehigh Acres, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled

Substance without a Prescription. The incident occurred in the area of N.

Galaxy / Ortiz Ave, Fort Myers.

On July 14, 2010, at approximately 10:24 p.m., Lee County Sheriff's Deputies

arrested Daniel James Beddingfield, D.O.B. 06/21/87, of 18181 Adams Cir,

Fort Myers, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The

incident occurred in the area of Sanibel Blvd. / Evergreen Rd., Fort Myers.

On July 15, 2010, at approximately 02:31 a.m., Lee County Sheriff's Deputies

arrested Tiro James Navara, D.O.B. 08/11/79, of 10119 Sunshine Dr., Bonita

Springs, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine, Possession of

Controlled Substance. The incident occurred in the area of Goodwin Street /

Old 41, Bonita Springs.

On July 19, 2010, at approximately 03:40 a.m., Lee County Sheriff's Deputies

arrested Nicholas Scott Koutny, D.O.B. 12/04/91, of 22912 Dayflower Lane,

Alva, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijauna. The

incident occurred in the area of Lippincott Rd. / Palm Beach Blvd., Lehigh

Acres.

On July 20, 2010, at approximately 12:43 a.m., Lee County Sheriff's Deputies

arrested Daniel Marcel Hanley, D.O.B. 07/28/57, of Palm Beach Blvd., Fort

Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine. The incident

occurred in the area of Prospect Ave. / Palm Beach Blvd, Fort Myers.

On July 20, 2010, at approximately 03:24 a.m., Lee County Sheriff's Deputies

arrested Christopher Shane Magee, D.O.B. 12/27/87, of 3861 Edgewood

Ave, Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine. The

incident occurred in the area of Kingston Ave. / Palm Beach Blvd., Fort

Myers.

On July 20, 2010, at approximately 05:39 a.m., Lee County Sheriff's Deputies

arrested Alto Thomas, D.O.B. 01/18/70, of 2929 Broadway Ave, Fort Myers,

on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine. The incident occurred in

the area of S. Cleveland Ave / Grace Ave, Fort Myers.

On July 21, 2010, at approximately 11:05 p.m., Lee County Sheriff's Deputies

arrested Germaine Lemond Taylor, D.O.B. 11/27/77, of 2811 Arbor Street,

Texas, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The

incident occurred in the area of Dupree Street / Edison Ave., Fort Myers.

On July 22, 2010, at approximately 10:49 a.m., Lee County Sheriff's Deputies

arrested Rolden Martinez Ramirez, D.O.B. 08/31/75, of 27830 Old Seaboard

Road, Bonita Springs, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine.
