The following item is scheduled for November 3, 2009 BoCC Consent Agenda: Award Professional Services Agreemetn for CN-09-01 North Fort Myers Recreation Center to Parker/Mudgett/Smtih Architects, Inc., in the lump sum amount of $454,925.00. Also, aurthorize Chairman to execute Agreement on behalf of the Board. Further approve interst bearing load from General Fund to the North Fort Myers Community Park Recreation Center project in impact fee district 22 for $500,000.00 and approve a budget transfer and 2 budget resolutions to fund the North Fort Myers Recreation Center.
