DUI Arrest Update
Impaired drivers are a very real danger to themselves and, of course, any motorist who is sharing the road at the same time. With this in mind, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office launched a multi-faceted campaign of education, awareness and enforcement to battle this threat to our community. We have elected to publicize the names of those charged by deputies with the offense of DUI during the past week:
On December 14, 2009, at approximately 02:14 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Maribel Gutierrez Hernandez, D.O.B. 02/16/82 of 5454 1st
Ave, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 4th Ave & Oak
Ave, Fort Myers, Florida.

On December 15, 2009, at approximately 03:29 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Jeffry Alan Kelly, D.O.B. 10/31/75 of 4700 Beth Ave,
Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 7205 Estero Blvd,
Fort Myers Beach, Florida.
On December 15, 2009, at approximately 05:33 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Sonya Denee Richardt, D.O.B. 06/25/68 of 123 Center St,
Naples, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 9100 Bonita Beach Rd,
Bonita Springs, Florida.
On December 15, 2009, at approximately 11:59 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Dennis Orrin Weaver, D.O.B. 01/23/50 of 6451 Hidden
Oaks Dr, North Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of N
Tamiami Trail/Powell Dr, North Fort Myers, Florida.
On December 17, 2009, at approximately 02:35 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Paul D. Jeffery, D.O.B. 07/19/50 of 6540 Swiss Rd, Milton
NY, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of S Tamiami Trail/Bonita Beach
Rd, Bonita Springs, Florida.
On December 17, 2009, at approximately 03:13 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Evert Coban Perez, D.O.B. 11/06/86 of 15000 N Old 41 Rd,
Naples, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Old 41 Rd/Wilson St,
On December 17, 2009, at approximately 05:00 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Jill Rose Endress, D.O.B. 07/15/68 of 2224 Chandler Ave,
Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 14861 Doctor’s
Way, Fort Myers, Florida.
On December 18, 2009, at approximately 01:27 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Brett Patrick Westcott, D.O.B. 10/19/87 of 409 SE 13th St,
Cape Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of College Pkwy &
Caloosa Yacht & Racquet Club, Fort Myers, Florida.
On December 18, 2009, at approximately 08:18 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Lorenzo Augustine Lopez, D.O.B. 01/24/82 of 4050 Layette
Ave, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Palm Beach
Blvd/Mississippi Ave, Fort Myers, Florida.
On December 18, 2009, at approximately 09:42 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Lori Ann Short, D.O.B. 05/30/73 of 227 NW 13th Terrace, Cape
Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 2501 Ortiz Ave, Fort
Myers, Florida.
On December 19, 2009, at approximately 08:18 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Angela Marie Dingman, D.O.B. 08/04/75 of 13798
Riverforest Dr, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of
14531 Old Olga Rd, Fort Myers, Florida.
On December 19, 2009, at approximately 10:25 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s
Office arrested Dennis Eugene Griffin, D.O.B. 07/18/56 of 4169 Pine Drop Lane,
North Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 5690
Bayshore Rd, North Fort Myers, Florida.
On December 20, 2009, at approximately 02:07 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Beth Luiz Yazvac, D.O.B. 11/16/66 of 8222 Pacific Beach
Dr, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 900 Estero Blvd,
On December 20, 2009, at approximately 02:15 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Glen Christopher Salerno, D.O.B. 10/30/64 of 3209 28th
SW St, Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 23rd St
SW & N Beth Stacy Blvd, Lehigh Acres, Florida.
On December 20, 2009, at approximately 02:19 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Stephen Andrew Lynn, D.O.B. 09/21/78 of 1735 Brantley
Rd, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 8210 College
Pkwy, Fort Myers, Florida.
On December 20, 2009, at approximately 06:01 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Janelle K. Kaminski, D.O.B. 06/27/64 of 14380 Stringfellow
Rd, Bokeelia, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 14380 Stringfellow
Rd, Bokeelia, Florida.
On December 20, 2009, at approximately 07:45 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Marc Andrew Worner, D.O.B. 04/26/75 of 7264 dome rock
Dr, Littleton CO, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 1000 Estero
Blvd, Fort Myers Beach, Florida.
On December 20, 2009, at approximately 09:18 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Patrice Marie Miller, D.O.B. 05/21/63 of 13166 Regent Cr,
Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 13151 Regent
Cr/Wakefield Dr, Fort Myers, Florida.
On December 20, 2009, at approximately 10:11 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Sara Margareta Mack, D.O.B. 09/14/87 of 1735 Brantley
Rd, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of S Cleveland
Ave/Daniels Pkwy, Fort Myers, Florida.
On December 19, 2010, at approximately 01:06 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Andrew R. Smock, D.O.B. 03/11/86 of 6331 Saint
Andrews Cr, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 2044
W First St, Fort Myers, Florida.
