On Thursday, January 7, 2009, at approximately 10:20 p.m., the Lee County Sheriff’s Office received a call from Lehigh Regional Hospital in reference to a male with a stab wound to the back. He had been dropped off at the Emergency Room by an unknown female who immediately left the hospital in a green Suburban. The male, who later died, is not being identified at this time.

As deputies were responding to the hospital, they observed a green Chevy Suburban at the Marathon gas station, located at Hazelwood Avenue and Lee Boulevard, Lehigh Acres.
