Impaired drivers are a very real danger to themselves and, of course, any motorist who is sharing the road at the same time. With this in mind, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office launched a multi-faceted campaign of education, awareness and enforcement to battle this threat to our community. We have elected to publicize the names of those charged by deputies with the offense of DUI during the past week:

On January 5, 2010, at approximately 09:22 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Gary A. Thornton, D.O.B. 09/04/53 of 8300 Ebson Dr, North

Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 8115 McDaniel Dr,

North Fort Myers, Florida.

On January 4, 2010, at approximately 04:50 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Matthew Aaron Reisig, D.O.B. 11/20/71 of 24056 Roger

Dodger St, Bonita Springs, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Terry

St/Old US 41, Bonita Springs, Florida.

On January 5, 2010, at approximately 01:23 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested William Wayne Magginnis, D.O.B. 09/06/83 of 513 NE 24th

Ave, Cape Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Chiquita Blvd,

Cape Coral, Florida.

On January 5, 2010, at approximately 04:49 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested William Perez Leon, D.O.B. 12/18/70 of 4915 Barth St,

Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 4415 24th St,

Lehigh Acres, Florida.

On January 6, 2010, at approximately 06:18 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Sven Alden Hakanson, D.O.B. 05/30/71 of 716 Pondella Rd,

North Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Bayshore Rd

& Sean Lane, North Fort Myers, Florida.

On January 6, 2010, at approximately 08:28 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Chris C. Bengry, D.O.B. 01/23/87 of 1309 Gramac Dr, North

Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Laurel Dr/Marx Dr,

North Fort Myers, Florida.

On January 7, 2010, at approximately 12:41 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Brittany Love Keller, D.O.B. 09/05/87 of 16355 San Carlos

Blvd, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Crystal

Dr/Metro Pkwy, Fort Myers, Florida.

On January 7, 2010, at approximately 03:11 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Eliza eth Ramos, D.O.B. 05/20/82 of 308 Rushmore Ave N.,

Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Lee

Blvd/Homestead Rd, Lehigh Acres, Florida.

On January 7, 2010, at approximately 04:04 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Melanie Amber Stack, D.O.B. 04/18/86 of 12930 Timothy

Lane, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Pine Ridge Rd/

San Carlos Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On January 7, 2010, at approximately 05:53 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Linda Wylie Neely, D.O.B. 08/03/63 of 3716 Saybrook Pl,

Bonita Springs, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 5001 Coconut

Rd, Bonita Springs, Florida.

On January 7, 2010, at approximately 08:00 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Andrea Lynn Nesvik, D.O.B. 02/11/86 of 12958 Kedleston

Cr, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of N Cleveland Ave

& Hancock Bridge Pkwy, North Fort Myers, Florida.

On January 7, 2010, at approximately 10:23 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Corey Lee Patterson, D.O.B. 01/01/88 of 1120 Vineyard St,

Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 1105 N

Homestead Rd, Lehigh Acres, Florida.

On January 8, 2010, at approximately 07:27 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Jeanette E. Ellis, D.O.B. 11/15/67 of US 17, Arcadia, for

DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Palm Beach Blvd & Buckingham Rd,

Fort Myers, Florida.

On January 9, 2010, at approximately 01:11 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Mark Edward Wickline, D.O.B. 01/19/68 of 2329 NE 36th St,

Cape Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of N Cleveland Ave &

Pondella Rd, North Fort Myers, Florida.

On January 9, 2010, at approximately 02:27 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Paul K. Taefi, D.O.B. 10/01/78 of 23710 Walden Center Dr,

Bonita Springs, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 3400 Pelican

Nest Dr, Bonita Springs, Florida.

On January 9, 2010, at approximately 12:37 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Michael S. Garelli, D.O.B. 11/05/63 of 588 Goren Ct,

Schaumburg, IL, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Alico Rd &

Three Oaks Pkwy, Fort Myers, Florida.

On January 10, 2010, at approximately 12:26 am, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Susan E. Shaw, D.O.B. 02/15/54 of 1839 Quail Run Dr,

LaBelle, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Hart Rd/Zoysia Lane,

On January 10, 2010, at approximately 05:35 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Steven Douglas McKinney, D.O.B. 06/16/50 of 19017

Bartow St, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Coconut

Rd/Oakwilde Blvd, Estero, Florida.
