Man from Chicago arrested in Lehigh

By Staff | Mar 4, 2010

A man from Chicago with family in Lehigh Acres was arrested Wednesday on charges of obstruction of justice. Jacob Nodarse, 23, who lives in Lamont, Ill., was arrested at the home of his parents on Trent Court.
Authorities said they found him asleep in a van outside his parents’ home.
The suspect has not been charged with murder, but officials have pointed to him as a prime suspect in the deaths of Jeffrey Kramer, 50, Lori Kramer, 48, and their son, Michael 20. They were found Tuesday morning shot to death in the Chicago area.
Authorities said there were no problems with his family as they cooperated in his arrest. According to The Chicago Tribune and WGN Television, a call was made to police early Tuesday from a closet in the suspect’s home.
Nodarse supposedly has relatives in this area and also in Miami. Police had issued a warning to agencies to be on the look out for his car, identified as a blue BMW coupe.
According to reports, he was handcuffed just before 4 p.m. and taken in into custody without incident.
