Impaired drivers are a very real danger to themselves and, of course, any motorist who is sharing the road at the same time. With this in mind, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office launched a multi-faceted campaign of education, awareness and enforcement to battle this threat to our community. We have elected to publicize the names of those charged by deputies with the offense of DUI during the past week:

On April 17, 2010, at approximately 01:33 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Roger W. Sullivan, D.O.B. 09/23/36 of 19268 Congressional Ct, North Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of N Tamiami Trail/Littleton Rd, North Fort Myers, Florida.

On April 14, 2010, at approximately 01:34 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Melissa Erin Uhl, D.O.B. 01/01/88 of 2112 Everest Pkwy, Cape Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Hancock Bridge Pkwy/ Palm Ave, North Fort Myers, Florida.

On April 12, 2010, at approximately 01:32 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Lucia Fiorella Moori Jara, D.O.B. 01/22/89 of 4212 Desoto Ave, Fort

Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Palm Beach

Blvd/Veronica Shoemaker Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On April 12, 2010, at approximately 02:22 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Jonathan William Smith, D.O.B. 09/24/78 of 417 Roosevelt Ave,

Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 12701 McGregor

Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On April 12, 2010, at approximately 11:59 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Kent Duane Stogsdill, D.O.B. 04/05/53 of 2122 SW 50th Lane, Cape

Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of San Carlos Blvd & Kelly

Rd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On April 13, 2010, at approximately 02:14 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Karel Kania, D.O.B. 02/14/76 of 1417 SE 12th Terrance, Cape Coral, for

DUI. The incident occurred in the area of McGregor Blvd & Del Rio Ave, Fort

Myers, Florida.

On April 14, 2010, at approximately 12:20 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Sammao Ngonekeo, D.O.B. 08/26/73 of San Carlos Blvd, Fort Myers,

for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of I-75 @MM135.5N, Fort Myers,

On April 14, 2010, at approximately 09:51 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Ronald Edward Chambers, D.O.B. 11/16/63 of 17680 Pronghorn St,

Alva, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Palm Beach Blvd &

Groggin, Alva, Florida.

On April 14, 2010, at approximately 09:56 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies

arrested Kelly L. Gruschow, D.O.B. 07/24/67 of 3285 S. New Province Blvd,
