Narcotics Arrest Update
The illegal sale, use and distribution of narcotics is recognized as a significant contributor to violent crimes, burglaries and thefts which can dramatically affect the quality of life in our community. Therefore, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office is making every effort to take drugs off the street by targeting individuals who are active participants in this unsavory underworld. This is being accomplished through aggressive patrol, undercover operations and interagency investigations with local, state and federal drug enforcement agencies.
In the past week the Lee County Sheriff’s Office made a total of 11 drug arrests. Toeducate and enhance awareness of the Sheriff’s Office daily activities in this endeavor the following arrests are being listed:
On May 10, 2010, at approximately 04:11 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Jessica Marie Maldonado, D.O.B. 03/23/85, of 582 Nuna Ave, Fort Myers, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of 15256 School Street, Fort Myers.

On May 11, 2010, at approximately 11:54 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Jon William Heck, D.O.B. 12/17/52, of 2262 Evans Ave, Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Heroin. The incident occurred in the area of Cypress Dr. / 4th St., Fort Myers.
On May 12, 2010, at approximately 03:20 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Christine Rose Williams, D.O.B. 08/04/88, of 18464 Iris Rd., Fort Myers, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of 2115 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Fort
Myers.
On May 12, 2010, at approximately 04:35 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Albert Gumaro Salazar, D.O.B. 12/14/90, of 11218 Safari Dr., Bonita Springs, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijauna. The incident occurred in the area of 11061 Wagon Trail, Bonita Springs.
On May 13, 2010, at approximately 01:10 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies \ arrested Adam Michael Bohley, D.O.B. 03/04/88, of 13 1st Street, Bonita Springs, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled Substancewithout a Prescription. The incident occurred in the area of Bonita Beach Rd. / S. Tamiami Trail, Bonita Springs.
On May 13, 2010, at approximately 11:56 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Casey Gale Commander, D.O.B. 04/15/81, of 3815 SW 6th Ave, Cape Coral, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of 1930 E. 12th Street, Lehigh Acres.
On May 14, 2010, at approximately 10:57 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Annie Michelle Sallee, D.O.B. 05/14/80, of 10111 Illinois Street,
Bonita Springs, on felony drug charges for Smuggle Contraband into
Controlled Facility. The incident occurred in the area of 2501 Ortiz Ave, Fort
On May 15, 2010, at approximately 05:28 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Jeremy Anthony Williams, D.O.B. 09/28/91, of 3775 Marion Street,
Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Marijuana with Intent to
Sell / Deliver. The incident occurred in the area of 3205 Lee Blvd., Lehigh
Acres.
On May 15, 2010, at approximately 05:33 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested David John Morales, D.O.B. 08/27/89, of 902 E. Jersey Road,
Lehigh Acres, on felony drug charges for Possession of Marijuana with
Intent to Sell/Deliver , Possession of Marijuana. The incident occurred in the
area of 3205 Lee Blvd, Lehigh Acres.
On May 15, 2010, at approximately 05:46 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Timothy James Cloutier, D.O.B. 03/19/58, of 508 Robert Ave, Lehigh
Acres, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The
incident occurred in the area of Fillmore Ave., Lehigh Acres.
On May 15, 2010, at approximately 02:08 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Steven Allen Garfield, D.O.B. 01/06/91, of 1429 SW 49th Ter., Cape
Coral, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The
incident occurred in the area of Old San Carlos / Estero Blvd., Fort Myers
Beach.
