The owner is Cornelius Moenandar, who has over 20 years experience in serving Thai cuisine. The restaurant is a family affair – wife Jennifer helps out as a server and hostess, and other family members work there when needed.

Now Cape Coral residents, they moved here from the East Coast looking for a good location, and found one, he said, in the Hancock Bridge Parkway Plaza, near Publix in North Fort Myers.

“Everything is fresh,” he said. “We use curry, basil, even Kaffir lime leaves and Galanga, which is like ginger, but a different texture and flavor.”

The manager is Good Kertphairot, who is happy to talk ingredients and preparation of the food with customers.

Popular dishes are a variety of curry preparations, from Red Curry, Green Curry and even pineapple Curry. Seafood there includes shrimp, squid or scallops.

Appetizers include Spring Rolls, Curry Puffs (curry flavored potatoes and onions stuffed in a pastry and deep fried), Satay (chicken or pork on a stick barbecued Thai style) and Tofu Tod (Deep fried tofu served with a plum sauce).

“We also take opinions on everything from our customers of course, so we can give better service,” Moenandar said. He also said he and his family consider the place to be family-oriented.
