Forbes names Uline among America’s Best Large Employers of 2023

The Forbes ranking identified America’s Best Large Employers through an independent survey taken by approximately 45,000 American employees working for companies with more than 1,000 workers in the United States. Forbes partnered with market research company, Statista, to pinpoint the companies liked best by employees. Statista’s survey was anonymous, allowing participants to openly share their opinions. Respondents were asked, on a scale of zero to 10, how likely they’d be to recommend their employer to others. In addition, participants were also asked to rate their employers on criteria including safety of the work environment, competitiveness of compensation and advancement opportunities.
