DUI Arrest Update
Impaired drivers are a very real danger to themselves and, of course, any motorist who is sharing the road at the same time. With this in mind, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office launched a multi-faceted campaign of education, awareness and enforcement to battle this threat to our community. We have elected to publicize the names of those charged by deputies with the offense of DUI during the past week:
On March 9, 2009, at approximately 08:25 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Antonio A. Moreno, D.O.B. 08/28/89 of 8527 Frank Rd, Fort Myers,
for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of North Bound on I-75@ MM117,
Bonita Springs, Florida.

On March 10, 2009, at approximately 02:37 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Laura Beth Zuidema, D.O.B. 10/03/81 of 4831 Coquina Rd, Fort
Myers Beach, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 1301 Estero Blvd,
Fort Myers Beach, Florida.
On March 10, 2009, at approximately 07:48 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested James S. Judy, D.O.B. 10/14/39 of 14880 Canaan Dr, Fort Myers,
for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of McGregor Blvd & New
McGregor Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.
On March 10, 2009, at approximately 10:22 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Troy Joseph Sproul, D.O.B. 04/03/67 of 2407 Periwinkle Dr, Sanibel,
for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Daniels Pkwy & International Dr,
Fort Myers, Florida.
On March 11, 2009, at approximately 12:24 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Patrick E. Pherson, D.O.B. 05/14/41 of 311 Northlawn Dr, Cottage
Grove, WI, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of S Cleveland
Ave/Fowler St, Fort Myers, Florida.
On March 11, 2009, at approximately 09:58 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Michael Richard Flinn, D.O.B. 06/19/51 of 33 Simcoe Pl, Halifax Nova
CD, NU, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 17759 San Carlos Blvd,
On March 12, 2009, at approximately 01:10 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Faustino Jose Santiago, D.O.B. 04/24/76 of 1259 N Tamiami Trail,
North Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of I-75 @
Corkscrew Rd, Estero, Florida.
On March 12, 2009, at approximately 06:18 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Zannos George Grekos, D.O.B. 04/27/65 of 207 Mermaids Bight,
Naples, Fl, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Terminal Access Rd,
Fort Myers, Florida.
On March 12, 2009, at approximately 07:55 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Stephanie Colon, D.O.B. 05/31/83 of SW Florida International
Airport, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Summerlin
Rd & Bass Rd, Fort Myers, Florida.
On March 12, 2009, at approximately 09:55 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Gonzalo Cansinos Altuzar, D.O.B. 03/19/77 of 11183 Stardust Dr,
Bonita Springs, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Old 41
Rd/Rosemary Dr, Bonita Springs, Florida.
On March 12, 2009, at approximately 10:30 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Francis Porter Ward, D.O.B. 12/18/34 of 15026 6th St, Bokeelia, for
DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Stringfellow Rd/Woodstock St, St
James City, Florida.
On March 13, 2009, at approximately 01:16 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Nancy Helaine Griffin, D.O.B. 02/14/60 of 15596 Iona Lakes Dr, Fort
Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 18400 San Carlos Blvd,
Fort Myers Beach, Florida.
On March 13, 2009, at approximately 02:35 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Mark Stephen Jettie, D.O.B. 06/09/81 of 11220 Metro Pkwy, Fort

On March 13, 2009, at approximately 10:49 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Jeremy L. Phillips, D.O.B. 08/10/80 of 47 Old Colony Lane,
Marshfield, MA, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Gladiolus Dr & S
Tamiami Trail, Fort Myers, Florida.
On March 13, 2009, at approximately 11:13 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Anthony L. Price, D.O.B. 03/12/75 of 962 E. Whittier St, Columbus,
OH, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of San Carlos Blvd/Isle of
Palms, 031409, Florida.
On March 14, 2009, at approximately 12:03 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Eric Michael Anderson, D.O.B. 03/07/84 of 13134 Feather Sound Dr,
Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of South Dale

On March 14, 2009, at approximately 02:31 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Joseph Boria, D.O.B. 11/26/60 of 168 E Mariana Ave, North Fort
Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of S Cleveland Ave/South
Rd, Fort Myers, Florida.
On March 14, 2009, at approximately 03:17 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Lisa Conger, D.O.B. 09/25/65 of 18386 Tulip Rd, Fort Myers, for DUI.
The incident occurred in the area of Sanibel Blvd/Geranium Rd, Fort Myers,
Florida.
On March 14, 2009, at approximately 06:56 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Eric Lee Warrick, D.O.B. 08/07/77 of 322- B Briarwood Rd, Venice,
Fl, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of San Carlos Blvd & Bayside
Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.
On March 15, 2009, at approximately 12:10 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Patrick A. Moult, D.O.B. 11/18/81 of 1823 Marilyn Dr, North Fort
Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Laurel Dr & Winona Dr,
North Fort Myers, Florida.
On March 15, 2009, at approximately 01:59 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Luic Walter De Mateo, D.O.B. 08/05/80 of 26690 Nova Lane, Bonita
Springs, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Gladiolus Dr/S Tamiami
Trail, Fort Myers, Florida.
On March 15, 2009, at approximately 02:51 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Greta Mairi Hendrick, D.O.B. 11/03/78 of 3819 SW 7th Ave, Cape
Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of S Cleveland Ave &
Daniels Pkwy, Fort Myers, Florida.

On March 15, 2009, at approximately 03:58 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Bryan Richard Thompson, D.O.B. 12/30/89 of 4786 Albacore Lane,
Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Bay
Harbor/McGregor Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.
On March 15, 2009, at approximately 06:01 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Michael Joseph Miller, D.O.B. 08/02/80 of 4704 SW Santa Barbara Pl, Cape Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Main St & San Carlos Blvd, Fort Myers Beach, Florida.
On March 19, 2009, at approximately 04:53 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Lance A. Dunning, D.O.B. 05/20/46 of 815 SE 33rd Terrace, Cape Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 15075 Parkside Dr, Fort Myers, Florida.
