Body found in middle of Lehigh roadway
A body was found on the roadway in the area of Yellow Bird and Blackstone drives early today. A spokesman with the Lee County Sheriff’s Office said they received a call at 4:17 a.m. Monday morning reporting a body was laying in the middle of the street. The department is treating the case as a homicide investigation, but were unable to give any other details.
Officials said the victim was a male. If anyone knows anything about the incident, they are encouraged to contact the Sheriff’s Office.
