Spinners Arcade robbery suspect sought

On August 21, 2009 at 1:35 am, a black male walked up to Spinners Arcade, 15660 San Carlos Boulevard, Fort Myers, approached the clerk and a patron who were outside and asked for a cigarette. The patron handed the man a cigarette and asked him if he needed a light. At that point, the suspect pulled out a black semi-automatic handgun and demanded the clerk give him everything he had. The clerk complied and the suspect fled on foot and is believed to have gotten into a silver colored vehicle with two other black males.

The suspect is described as being in his early to mid twenties, five feet ten inches tall, one hundred sixty pounds, wearing dark colored Dickie pants, dark colored t-shirt, black tennis shoes, black beanie cap, and the top row of his teeth covered with gold.

Anyone who can identify the suspect or knows anything about this robbery is asked to call Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS. Callers will remain anonymous and be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
