Primary election voting busy at local church
Pastor Tom Willets of Good Shepherd United Methodist Church in North Fort Myers hosted two election precincts this year – Precinct 119 and 68. “This is the first time we have done this. Our parking lot has been full all day. Working with the county has been very easy; the logistics were great and we are glad so many people came out to vote.”
John and Alberta Perry of North Fort Myers were just two individuals that voted at the church. “My vote concentrated on constitutional rights, and candidates that support that,” said John Perry.
“We were voting for those with moral values – all the rest of the issues follow that,” said Alberta Perry.
