William Brett
William J. Brett 76, of North Fort Myers, formerly of Watertown, New York, passed away Sunday August 29, 2010.
He was born July 28, 1934 in Watertown, the son of William P. and Gladys
Anderson Brett. He attended Watertown High School and served in the U.S. Coast Guard form 1951 to 1954.
He married Betty Wood in 1956 at Holy Family Church. Bill moved to Fort Myers in 1977 and was in the printing business. He was a member of St. Cecelia’s Church.
Brett is survived by his son William P. Brett and his companion Jan Dudley, daughters Patti and husband Tom Foley, Beth and husband Jay Jernigan, Kathy and husband Tom Frears, sister Patricia and husband Robert Cerrato, seven grandchildren, five great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
