North Fort Myers Christmas Car Show to benefit Adopt-A-Family Christmas Program

2 min read

Whether you drive a muscle car, a Maserati, or anything in between…the Lee County Sheriff’s Office invites you to show it off for a good cause.

The 10th annual North Fort Myers Christmas Car Show will bring together car, truck and motorcycle enthusiasts for an afternoon of friendly competition and ultimate bragging rights. For a $10 entry fee, cars, trucks and motorcycles will be judged in categories including engines, cleanliness and overall appearance. Trophies will be awarded to the winners.

But the biggest winner of all will be the Lee County Sheriff’s Office Adopt-A-Family Christmas Program. Each year, the Community Policing Unit in North (Alpha) District puts on the program to raise money for underprivileged families in the North Fort Myers/Cape Coral area. One-Hundred percent (100%) of the proceeds are used to buy Christmas gifts for children who might otherwise not receive a gift.

The North Fort Myers Christmas Car Show will be held at Coral Gate Commons, located at Pondella & Orange Grove Boulevard, North Fort Myers on Saturday (December 11) from 1:00-4:00 pm.

Last year, the event featured more than 70 entries and raised more than $1,000 for the Lee County Sheriff’s Office Adopt-A-Family Christmas Program. The goal is for this year’s program to be the best one yet!
