DUI Arrest Update
Impaired drivers are a very real danger to themselves and, of course, any motorist who is sharing the road at the same time. With this in mind, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office launched a multi-faceted campaign of education, awareness and enforcement to battle this threat to our community. We have elected to publicize the names of those charged by deputies with the offense of DUI during the past week:
On December 28, 2010, at approximately 12:04 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Brian Thomas Tuck, D.O.B. 03/08/77 of 3895 Tolles Dr,
North Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Laurel
Lane/Suncoast Dr, North Fort Myers, Florida.

On December 27, 2010, at approximately 02:34 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Mark Edward Cusack, D.O.B. 02/23/73 of 17038
Terraverde Cir, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of SR
45 & Island Park Rd, Fort Myers, Florida.
On December 28, 2010, at approximately 02:19 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Scott G. Foster, D.O.B. 04/18/61 of 17224 Whitewater Ct,
Fort Myers Beach, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of McGregor
Blvd & San Carlos Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.
On December 29, 2010, at approximately 06:28 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Alicia Louise Onorato, D.O.B. 05/29/80 of 5100 S Cleveland
Ave, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Daniels Pkwy
& Metro Pkwy, Fort Myers, Florida.
On December 29, 2010, at approximately 11:03 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Dana Leigh Howell, D.O.B. 06/23/61 of 19571 Bowring
Park Rd, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 1661
Estero Blvd, Fort Myers Beach, Florida.
On December 31, 2010, at approximately 01:06 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Timothy W. Mullins, D.O.B. 06/29/62 of 9 Metro Ct, London,
Ohio, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Lakewood Blvd/Summerlin
Rd, Fort Myers, Florida.
On December 31, 2010, at approximately 02:56 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Bianca Sophia Matos, D.O.B. 07/10/91 of 1801 Brantley Rd,
Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Constitution Blvd/S
Tamiami Trail, Fort Myers, Florida.
On December 31, 2010, at approximately 03:30 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Jason Robert Neidigh, D.O.B. 08/10/78 of 1518 SW 53rd
Terrace, Cape Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of SR 80/Palm
Beach Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.
On December 31, 2010, at approximately 09:39 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Randy F. Blair, D.O.B. 03/26/49 of 1250 Pine, Troy, Ohio,
for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Crescent St/First St, Fort Myers
Beach, Florida.
On January 1, 2011, at approximately 12:52 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Pamela Ann Baker, D.O.B. 07/12/66 of 8301 Tahiti Rd, Fort
Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Alico Rd & Phlox Dr, Fort
Myers, Florida.
On January 1, 2011, at approximately 02:23 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Jeffrey Thomas Gurges, D.O.B. 07/14/80 of 6195
Briarwood Terrace, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of
Cypress Lake Dr/Overlook Dr, Fort Myers, Florida.
On January 1, 2011, at approximately 04:46 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Noah Joshua Knapp, D.O.B. 04/17/92 of 8202 Lake San
Carlos Cir, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Alico Rd
& Phlox Dr, Fort Myers, Florida.
On January 1, 2011, at approximately 10:02 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Chad Lee Bastin, D.O.B. 10/30/27 of 4286 Harbour Lane,
North Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Barrett Rd &
Pondella Rd, North Fort Myers, Florida.
On January 1, 2011, at approximately 05:26 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Alvin Jackie Bishop, D.O.B. 10/18/59 of 3402 13th St,
Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 2813 SW 7th St,
Lehigh Acres, Florida.
On January 1, 2011, at approximately 10:57 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Diego Silvestre Jorge, D.O.B. 04/02/84 of 26691 Cape
Verde Lane, Bonita Springs, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of
Estero Blvd & School St, Fort Myers Beach, Florida.
On January 1, 2011, at approximately 11:54 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested James Erick Davidson, D.O.B. 09/07/87 of 9267 Crocus Ct,
Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of N Ben Hill Griffen
Pkwy/Alico Rd, Fort Myers, Florida.
