DUI Arrest Update
Impaired drivers are a very real danger to themselves and, of course, any motorist who is sharing the road at the same time. With this in mind, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office launched a multi-faceted campaign of education, awareness and enforcement to battle this threat to our community. We have elected to publicize the names of those charged by deputies with the offense of DUI during the past week:
On March 21, 2011, at approximately 08:05 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Sandra Caron Hall, D.O.B. 11/26/41 of 5997 Sonnet Ct, North Fort
Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 4735 Orange Grove
Blvd, North Fort Myers, Florida.

On March 22, 2011, at approximately 12:48 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Dominic Joseph Cece, D.O.B. 12/15/70 of 501Palemo Cir, Fort Myers
Beach, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Bonita Beach Blvd & Big
Hickory Pass, Bonita Springs, Florida.

On March 22, 2011, at approximately 03:01 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Robert Beveridge McKinley, D.O.B. 06/11/52 of 19760 Casa Verde
Way, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Bell Tower
Shop, Fort Myers, Florida.

On March 24, 2011, at approximately 02:41 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Jordon Albert Malkaski, D.O.B. 08/27/89 of 3818 SW 11th Ave,
Cape Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of De Navarra
Pkwy/Del Prado Pkwy, Cape Coral, Florida.

On March 24, 2011, at approximately 07:15 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Danielle Nicole Bowman, D.O.B. 07/08/85 of 20257 Royal Villagio Ct,
Estero, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Cleveland Ave, Fort
Myers, Florida.

On March 24, 2011, at approximately 08:17 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Robert Anthony Hylton, D.O.B. 11/16/57 of 6772 Garland Dr, Fort
Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Estero Blvd/Avenue C,
Fort Myers Beach, Florida.

On March 25, 2011, at approximately 01:32 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Michael George Dannenhauer, D.O.B. 06/09/70 of 110 Montrose Dr,
Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of McGregor
Blvd/Poinciana Ave, Fort Myers, Florida.

On March 25, 2011, at approximately 06:20 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Robert Charles Downer, D.O.B. 07/20/70 of 7498 Pentz Sub,
Bokeelia, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Stringfellow Rd/Pine
Island Rd, Bokeelia, Florida.

On March 25, 2011, at approximately 06:49 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Percy Lee Ayres, D.O.B. 03/07/82 of 3030 SW 14th Ct, Cape Coral,
for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of McGregor Blvd & College Pkwy,
Fort Myers, Florida.

On March 26, 2011, at approximately 02:35 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Kenneth Lawrence George, D.O.B. 06/02/64 of 1411 Jefferson Ave,
Fort Myers Beach, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Loma Linda
Dr/McGregor Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On March 26, 2011, at approximately 02:30 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Denise Lorraine Marinelli, D.O.B. 01/03/63 of 27500 Oregon St,
Bonita Springs, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Bonita Beach
Rd/Beaumont Rd, Bonita Springs, Florida.

On March 26, 2011, at approximately 08:27 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested William Earl Howard, D.O.B. 01/30/61 of 1325 Hibiscus Dr, Cape
Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Estero Blvd/Palermo Cir,
Fort Myers Beach, Florida.

On March 26, 2011, at approximately 10:29 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Gregory A. Dodson, D.O.B. 06/16/71 of 343 Harry Ave, Lehigh
Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 23rd St SW/Hazel Ave S,
Lehigh Acres, Florida.

On March 27, 2011, at approximately 02:10 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Joseph Wilson Hill, D.O.B. 01/27/82 of 5326 Cocoa St, Cape Coral,
for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of US 41, Fort Myers, Florida.

On March 27, 2011, at approximately 03:06 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Delmar Cuello Lopez, D.O.B. 07/11/84 of 110 S 2nd St, Immokalee,
for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Bell Blvd S/SR 82, Lehigh Acres,
Florida.

On March 27, 2011, at approximately 06:24 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Mary Lynn Tezyk, D.O.B. 01/29/57 of North Fort Myers, for DUI.
The incident occurred in the area of Nalle Rd & Nalle Grade Rd, North Fort
Myers, Florida.
