DUI Arrest Update
Impaired drivers are a very real danger to themselves and, of course, any motorist who is sharing the road at the same time. With this in mind, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office launched a multi-faceted campaign of education, awareness and enforcement to battle this threat to our community. We have elected to publicize the names of those charged by deputies with the offense of DUI during the past week:
On May 15, 2011, at approximately 11:59 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Jerome Gordon Vazquez, D.O.B. 08/14/64 of 1617 SE 8th St, Cape Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Hancock Bridge Pkwy & Moody Rd, North Fort Myers, Florida.

On May 10, 2011, at approximately 06:04 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Rafael Sanchez Hernandez, D.O.B. 11/13/67 of 1121 Congress Rd, West Palm Beach, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Old 41 Rd & Dean St, Bonita Springs, Florida.

On May 10, 2011, at approximately 10:12 pm, Lee County Sheriff Deputies arrested Frank Herbert Rhees, D.O.B. 12/24/58 of 2621 Pearl St, Fort Myers Beach, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 2201 Estero Blvd, Fort Myers Beach, Florida.

arrested Travis Jon Johnson, D.O.B. 03/10/74 of 1008 SE 5th Ter, Cape

Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.

Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Glenwood Ave/Ortiz
Ave, Fort Myers, Florida.
