DUI Arrest Update
Impaired drivers are a very real danger to themselves and, of course, any motorist who is sharing the road at the same time. With this in mind, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office
launched a multi-faceted campaign of education, awareness and enforcement to battle this
threat to our community. We have elected to publicize the names of those charged by
deputies with the offense of DUI during the past week:
On July 26, 2011, at approximately 04:32 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Robert Lee Naimie, D.O.B. 10/04/53 of 33 W. North Shore Ave, North
Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 2001 N Tamiami Trl,
North Fort Myers, Florida.

On July 25, 2011, at approximately 09:19 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Bruce C. Wolny, D.O.B. 04/21/43 of 14811 State Rd, Punta Gorda,
for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 16500 SR 31 Rd, Fort Myers,
Florida.

On July 26, 2011, at approximately 12:11 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Brian Michael Hogge, D.O.B. 08/11/75 of 673 Live Oak Ln, LaBelle,
for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 53rd St W./Olive Ave N., Lehigh
Acres, Florida.

On July 26, 2011, at approximately 12:45 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Rebecca Lynn Romano, D.O.B. 07/14/85 of 1801 Brantley Rd, Fort
Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 1801 Brantley Rd, Fort
Myers, Florida.

On July 26, 2011, at approximately 04:11 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Katiana Marina De Lemos Rivera, D.O.B. 04/26/81 of 4180 Umbriam
Ln, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Crystal Dr &
Plantation Rd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On July 29, 2011, at approximately 01:39 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Ryan Patrick Thibaudeau, D.O.B. 05/15/86 of 9199 Gladiolus
Preserve Cr, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of
Gladiolus Dr/Winkler Rd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On July 29, 2011, at approximately 11:58 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Desiree Jenkins, D.O.B. 05/30/74 of Metro Pkwy, Fort Myers, for
DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Beacon Ave & Crystal Dr, Fort
Myers, Florida.

On July 30, 2011, at approximately 12:22 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Thomas Gus Bellstrom, D.O.B. 05/01/53 of 8585 Trailwind Dr, Fort
Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Crystal Dr/Dartmouth Rd,
Fort Myers, Florida.

On July 30, 2011, at approximately 12:39 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Natalya Law, D.O.B. 04/17/84 of 362 Periwinkle Way, Fort Myers,
for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Crystal Dr/Dartmouth St, Fort
Myers, Florida.

On July 31, 2011, at approximately 02:13 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies
arrested Lynda Marie Momilani McKlveen, D.O.B. 08/13/63 of 2024 Laurel
Ln, North Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of McDaniel
Dr & Cantor Ln, North Fort Myers, Florida.

Dial 9-1-1 if you want to be eligible for a $50 dollar reward* through the “Mobile Eyes”
program.

* “Mobile Eyes” Against Drunk Driving is a joint partnership between the Lee County
Sheriff’s Office, MADD (Mother’s Against Drunk Driving) and Associates and Bruce L.

acknowledging the “Mobile Eyes” program becomes eligible for a $50 dollar reward if
the impaired driver is stopped by law enforcement and arrested for DUI. For more
