DUI Arrest Update
Impaired drivers are a very real danger to themselves and, of course, any motorist who is
sharing the road at the same time. With this in mind, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office
launched a multi-faceted campaign of education, awareness and enforcement to battle this
threat to our community. We have elected to publicize the names of those charged by
deputies with the offense of DUI during the past week:
On September 19, 2011, at approximately 11:48 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Mitzi Nicole Ritter, D.O.B. 02/11/77 of 7541 Georgian Bay
Cir, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Daniels
Pkwy/Danport Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On September 20, 2011, at approximately 03:04 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Amanda Jo Rickner, D.O.B. 03/21/88 of 9195 The Lane,
Naples, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 10499 Stringfellow Rd,
Pine Island, Florida.

On September 21, 2011, at approximately 09:23 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Richard Allen Regnier, D.O.B. 10/28/49 of 3902 E. Ninth St,
Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of e 8th St/Grant
Ave, Lehigh Acres, Florida.

On September 22, 2011, at approximately 12:14 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Damir M. Blecic, D.O.B. 07/09/58 of 545 E 266th St, Euclid,
OH, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Highland Woods/S Tamiami
Trl, Bonita Beach, Florida.

On September 22, 2011, at approximately 03:08 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Stacy Lee Kallergis, D.O.B. 07/22/84 of 3400 25th St SW
St, Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Buckingham
Rd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On September 22, 2011, at approximately 04:49 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Leslie Ann Duncan, D.O.B. 07/29/61 of 2815 39th St SW,
Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of E Daniels
Pkwy/Gateway Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On September 23, 2011, at approximately 01:10 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Warren Eugene Drury, D.O.B. 11/01/70 of 15484 Springline
Ln, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Palm Beach
Blvd/Lakeview Dr, Fort Myers, Florida.

On September 24, 2011, at approximately 12:17 am, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Paul Bradley Roberts, D.O.B. 07/08/75 of 22551 Glenview
Ln, Bonita Springs, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Estero
Blvd/Mango St, Fort Myers Beach, Florida.

Deputies arrested David Vanaver Lyskowski, D.O.B. 07/13/87 of 3357
Cypress Legen, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of
Pine Villa Ln & Daniels Pkwy, Fort Myers, Florida.

On September 25, 2011, at approximately 11:52 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Michael David Haley, D.O.B. 10/24/67 of 14380 Riva Del
Lago Dr, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Summerlin
Rd/Matthew Dr, Fort Myers, Florida.

Deputies arrested Brandon Charles Deshon, D.O.B. 04/12/84 of 420 Herron
Rd, North Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Evergreen
Rd & Herron Rd, North Fort Myers, Florida.
On August 23, 2011, at approximately 01:46 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s
Deputies arrested Joseph Darryl Parent, D.O.B. 09/10/63 of 12731 Meadow
Pine Lm, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 1700
Monroe St, Fort Myers, Florida.
