Early this morning, one of Crime Stoppers 10 Most Wanted felons was apprehended by members of the Lee County Sheriff’s Office’s Fugitive Warrants Unit, as a result of an anonymous Crime Stoppers tip. Now, an accused killer is taking over as the newest addition to Crime Stoppers 10 Most Wanted.

Alison Torres, DOB 7/22/76, had been on the run for the last three weeks following a violent break-in at the home of a woman he’d been stalking. Torres is a fugitive with an extremely violent past, with 31 prior arrests for charges including several arrests for aggravated battery, hit and run, burglaries, grand theft auto and dealing drugs. He even spent two years in state prison following an arrest for child abuse. He was this morning on Balboa Ave., Fort Myers.

Torres is being replaced on Crime Stoppers 10 Most Wanted list by Jesus Parra, aka Ramon Parra, who is wanted in connection with the November 13th murder of Jose Piniero. The shooting occurred on Orange River Boulevard, and is believed to be the result of a rift between Parra, known on the streets as “Taz”, and Piniero, known to friends as “Trigga.” Parra fled the scene of the shooting in a green 1996 Dodge Stratus. Both men are believed to have gang affiliations.

Parra, DOB 2/5/82, is 5’5″, 165 pounds and has several tattoos on his chest. He has three prior arrests in Lee County, and one in Hendry, on charges including several counts of sexual assault on a victim age 12 or older, two counts of aggravated assault, and carrying a concealed firearm. Detectives say Parra should be considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Jesus Parra is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS (8477). All callers will remain anonymous and will be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
