19th annual North Fort Myers Toy Drive
Your help is needed for the 19th annual North Fort Myers Toy Drive, said organizers from the Suncoast Task Force and Suncoast Community Center.
“The last day to drop off is at the Community Center on Dec. 19,” said Susie Gillespie. “I will be picking up from the toys boxes by the 16th for Santa Picture Day, which is Dec. 17 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.”
There will be free pictures with Mr. and Mrs. Santa Claus and a free toy on that picture day.
“Please drop off any new unwrapped gifts – no clothing or stuffed animals – at the noted sites, which will have a clearly marked box.”
Sites include:
– North Fort Myers Fire Station #4 Trail Dairy Circle across from Del Tura
– Good Shepherd United Methodist Church, 2951 Trail Dairy Circle
– First United Methodist Church, First Street Fort Myers
– Tucker Vision Center, 88 Pine Island Rd.
– Raintree RV Resort, 19250 N. Tamiami Trl.
– Capitol Bank, Hancock Bridge Pkwy.
– Bank of America Del Tura Plaza on North Cleveland Avenue
– All Star Lanes, 2818 N. Tamiami Trl.
“If you prefer to make a cash donation, it can be made to the Suncoast Neighborhood Task Force,Inc. a 501-c-3 not for profit,” Gillespie said. “You will receive a receipt for the donation.”
