Garden Brothers Circus is coming to town

2 min read

The numerous circuses that come to the Lee Civic Center annually always bring out a good crowd.

On Friday, July 24, the Garden Brothers Circus comes to town with two shows that are guaranteed to bring chills, thrills and maybe even a few laughs.

The Garden Brothers Circus, which is produced by the people who present Ice Capades, has been entertaining kids of all ages for more than 100 years. It will have shows at 4:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. and will bring with them the greatest performers in the world.

Daring aerialists, clowns, acrobats and jugglers will be featured in the 90-minute performance along with camels, zebras, llamas, horses, and the stars of the show – elephants.

There also will be a BMX Extreme Stunt team, Flash Mob dancers, a human cannonball, and a motorcycle stunt team that will keep you on the edge of your seat.

Kids get to meet costumed characters, ride an elephant, a camel and a circus pony, go down a giant slide, or play in a bounce house.

Parking is $5. Kids under 13 are admitted free with a ticket. Adult tickets are $9.75 online while supplies last, and $20 at the box office, so get them ahead of time if you can.

The box office opens one hour prior to first show and stays open all day.
