LeeWay adjusts customer service hours to meet customer demand
The hours of operation of the LeeWay Customer Service Center lobby and customer service phone lines will be adjusted Monday, Oct. 2, to meet customer demand.
Starting Oct. 2, the customer service hours for LeeWay, Lee County’s electronic tolls service provider, will be:
Customer Service Center
• Lobby: 1366 Colonial Blvd., in Fort Myers,
8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday to Friday
• Phone: 239-533-9297
8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday
The drop box at the Customer Service Center and online services at leegov.com/tolls are available 24 hours a day.
These adjusted customer service hours will allow LeeWay to have more staff available in the morning, when customer demand is highest.
