Lee County Elections introduces new Vote-by-Mail Ballot tracking and notification service
The Lee County Supervisor of Elections office introduces BallotTrax, a secure ballot tracking and notification service that provides voters with a series of updates on the status of their Vote-by-Mail Ballot through email, text, and phone alerts during an election.
“Enhanced transparency is crucial as we head into the 2024 election cycle,” said Supervisor of Elections Tommy Doyle. “Knowing where their ballot is in real-time will give voters added confidence and peace of mind when voting by mail.”
BallotTrax utilizes U.S. Postal Service information to track Vote-by-Mail Ballots. Voters who sign up for this free service will receive notifications every step of the way, from the time their ballot is mailed to when it is received and counted. They will also be alerted if there is an issue with their ballot.
Lee County voters can sign up for BallotTrax and customize their notification preferences at votebymail.lee.vote.

The mission of the Lee County Supervisor of Elections is to deliver superior election services to the voters of Lee County.
