LCSO operation nets 13 on charges
Three Cape Coral residents were among 13 people arrested and charged Thursday during a countywide prostitution operation, according to officials.
The focus of Operation Summer Rain, conducted by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit, was to target individuals soliciting sex via Internet ads. According to Tony Schall, spokesman for the LCSO, the operation was called a success, netting 13 people on prostitution and narcotics related charges.
Crystal Lucinda Lewis, 23, of the 200 block of S.E. 47th St., was charged with one count of possession of marijuana with intent to sell manufacture or deliver and one count of offer commit engage in prostitution or assignation. Melanie Lynn Williams, 38, of 829 Gleason Parkway, Apt., 4, was charged with one count of offer commit engage in prostitution or assignation, LCSO officials reported.
Also charged was Warren Lewis Rivera, 48, of 240 S.E. 47th St., with one count of possession of marijuana with intent to sell manufacture or deliver, according to LCSO officials and booking records from the Lee County Jail.
As of Friday, Lewis had been released from jail on $2,500 bond and Williams had been released on $500 bond. Rivera had been released on $1,500 bond.
All three were unavailable for comment Friday afternoon.

– Tangy Johnson, 27, of Lehigh Acres
– Sarah Lampila, 22, of Fort Myers
– Natasha Moorman, 21, of Fort Myers
– Kristina Naranjo, 23, of Lehigh Acres
– Kristina Rossie, 26, of Fort Myers
– Quinton Willis, 26, of Fort Myers
Lewis has a court date set for July 6 and Williams is scheduled to be in court on June 22, according to booking records. Rivera has a court date on July 6.
