Civic Association to hold candidate forum
The Cape Coral Civic Association will be holding a Candidate’s Forum from 7-9 p.m., July 27, at The Cape Coral Yacht Club, 5819 Driftwood Parkway. All candidates for Lee County Commissioner races have been invited to attend and (Districts 1 & 2 ) who will be in the Aug. 24 primary election and school board candidates for District 1, 4, and 5 have been invited to participate in the forum. School Board Districts 4& 5 will be decided in the Aug. 24 primary election.
Refreshments will be served after the forum concludes. There is no charge to attend the civic forum, and everyone is invited. The Civic Association provides these forums as a public service to the community. The more informed you are about the candidates, the more an informed vote can be made.
