1 min read

The Cape Coral High School Key Club will be hosting a free Kids Festival on Saturday, Feb. 26, featuring various activities for children who are 5 years of age and younger.
Junior Aifsha Stevens, who is a Key Club committee member, said since the group is a service club, the members wanted to give back to the community by having an event for the kids.
She explained that they received a $600 grant from the Kiwanis Club to help fund the festival for the youngsters. The festival will have bounce houses, face painting and hula hoops. Cotton candy and hot dogs will be on sale for $1.
Stevens has been a Key Club member for the past two years at Cape High. She said she joined because the club looked interesting and she wanted to help the community and her high school.
“It seemed like a good club for that,” she said.
Cape Coral High School is located at 2300 Santa Barbara Blvd.
