Manning to address Northwest Cape Coral Neighborhood Association March 19
Lee County Commissioner John E. Manning, who represents District 1, will address the Northwest Cape Coral Neighborhood Association on March 19 to brief attendees on impact fees, Ceitus barrier/boat lift, and Burnt Store Road widening.
Doug Kidd, a member of NWNA’s Development Review Committee, will provide an update on the status of the Resort at Tranquility Lake, an executive recreational vehicle park planned at the intersection of Durden Parkway and Burnt Store Road in northern Cape Coral.
The March 19 general meeting is open to the public and will begin at 7 p.m. at the Christa McAuliffe Elementary Charter School at 2817 S.W. 3rd Lane.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m. for sign-in, neighborhood networking, and membership renewals. 2015 dues are $15 per member.
To be eligible for membership, members must reside or own property within Cape Coral city limits and located north of Pine Island Road and west of El Dorado Blvd.
