Lee County Emergency Management offers Hurricane Preparedness Seminars
Lee County Emergency Management, in coordination with partner agencies, will offer a series of public Hurricane Prepared-ness Seminars through the end of the month.
Residents and visitors will learn how to prepare for hurricane season, including information about emergency plans, disaster supply kits, evacuation zones and public shelters.
Attendees will receive a copy of the 2015-2016 All Hazards Guide and other useful information.
The seminars are planned for:
– 2 p.m., Thursday, June 25, Lakes Regional Library, 15290 Bass Road, Fort Myers.
– 6 p.m., Thursday, June 25, North Fort Myers Community Park Recreation Center, 2000 N. Recreation Park Way, North Fort Myers.
– 6 p.m., Monday, June 29, Pine Island United Methodist Church, 5701 Pine Island Road, Bokeelia.
– 6 p.m., Tuesday, June 30, Bonita Springs Parks & Recreation Gymnasium, 26740 Pine Ave., Bonita Springs.
