Cape police investigating use of cloned credit card

Cape Coral Police detectives are looking for a woman who they say is using illegally cloned credit cards.

The victim reported to the Cape Coral Police Department that on March 8, her card was fraudulently used at two locations in Cape Coral.

Investigation revealed that the suspect was using a cloned credit card, the Cape Coral Police Department said in a release issued today.

“Detectives were able to obtain video surveillance from one of the transactions that took place at the Target located at 1890 NE Pine Island Road of the female suspect using the cloned card,” the release states.
