The Storm Smart “Red, White & Boom” fireworks show is Tuesday, July 4, from 5 -10 p.m. at the foot of the Cape Coral Bridge on Cape Coral Parkway.

The event is hosted by the city of Cape Coral with more than 40,000 people expected to attend.

Public parking is available in three designated areas, and shuttle bus service is provided for these locations.

For more than 20 years, Cape Coral’s business community has come together to celebrate the 4th of July with a day full of patriotic fun, entertainment and spectacular fireworks show.

This event is free to attend and has earned the reputation as one of the best places in Southwest Florida to honor America on the July 4.

Sponsors this year include Storm Smart, Culver’s, ACHIEVA Credit Union, The Westin, 94.5 The Arrow, Cat Country 107.1, Budweiser and Dolphin Key Resort.

National entertainment will be featured on the city’s stage, and this year’s headliner will be country music star Jerrod Niemann. He will be performing at about 8 p.m., followed by the fireworks display presented by the City of Cape Coral.

NOTE: No personal fireworks are permitted at the venue.
