Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help identifying and tracking down a white male who robbed a North Fort Myers convenience store at gunpoint late last night.
Just before midnight on Sunday, June 18, a white male walked into the Circle K, at 780 Pondella Road, armed with an AR style rifle. The suspect demanded money from the register, and the cashier complied. The suspect fled the store on foot southbound on Pondella Road.
The suspect is described as approximately 5’9″, medium build, with blue or light colored eyes, wearing a black long sleeved shirt, brown boots and a black bandana covering his mouth and eyes.
Anyone with information on the identity and whereabouts of the suspect is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS (8477). All callers will remain anonymous and will be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
