Food contest results announced for MangoMania Tropical Fruit Festival
Every year at MangoMania, the Greater Pine Island Chamber of Com-merce features a variety of food contests that includes desserts, breads, jams, jellies, salsas, dressings and entrees.
“These contests offer the opportunity for professional and amateur chefs to show off their skills,” Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Jennifer Jennings said.

“The purpose of MangoMania is to showcase all that Pine Island has to offer and to promote island growers and businesses,” Jennings said. “We had over 120 vendors and a great turnout for this 21st annual Mango Mania.”
