Lee County Utilities reports road closure due to sinkhole
Lee County Utilities is reporting a road closure due to a sinkhole around a manhole on Winkler Road. A portion of Winkler Road between College Parkway and McGregor Boulevard is closed while repairs are being made. The road is expected to remain closed until the evening of Monday, Oct. 9, weather permitting.
Traffic is being detoured off Winkler Road using: Dean Way, McGregor Boulevard and Banyan Cove Circle.
