The Thing About Men
Jan. 19 – Feb. 4
Tom is cheating on his wife Lucy (with several women). Lucy is cheating on her husband Tom (with Sebastian). Tom moves out on Lucy and, in disguise, moves in with Sebastian. These are the circumstances that set the mood of hilarious intrigue in this often moving – but always lighthearted – musical about men.
Forever Plaid
Feb. 15 – March 11
Forever Plaid is one of Broadway’s most popular and successful musicals. This deliciously fun show is chock-full of classic barbershop quartet harmonies and pitch-perfect melodies! Once upon a time, there were four guys (Sparky, Smudge, Jinx and Frankie) who discovered that they shared a love for music and then got together to become their idols – The Four Freshmen, The Hi-Lo’s and The Crew Cuts. On the way to their first big gig, the “Plaids” are broadsided by a school bus and killed instantly. At this moment their heavenly journey and final chance at musical glory begins.
Nunsense
April 13 – 29
Nunsense begins when the Little Sisters of Hoboken discover that their cook, Sister Julia, Child of God, has accidentally poisoned 52 of the sisters, and they are in dire need of funds for the burials. The sisters decide that the best way to raise the money is to put on a variety show. Featuring star turns, tap and ballet dancing, an audience quiz, and comic surprises, this show has become an international phenomenon. (Nunsense.com)
