Lee Health partners with 100 Black Men of Southwest Florida to host a free Family Wellness Fair on Saturday May 6
Free glucose testing and free COVID-19 vaccines will be available

The Southwest Florida community is invited to take part in an educational workshop that is free and open to the public, Saturday, May 6 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Quality Life Center 3210 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Fort Myers.
Lee Health and 100 Black Men of Southwest Florida are hosting health experts and community members for a day of education about health issues that are prevalent in the African American community. Free glucose testing will be provided by Lee Health and free COVID-19 vaccines and education will be available from Walgreens.
The event will also include a panel on Long COVID:
• Symptoms and Care with Nadine (Deanie) Singh, founder and CEO of Premier Mobile
• Emotional Aspects with Kilondra Davis, director of clinical services for the Quality Life Center of SWFL, Inc.
A free lunch will be provided.
100 Black Men of Southwest Florida is the local chapter of 100 Black Men of America, Inc., a national nonprofit dedicated to improving the quality of life within the communities it serves and enhancing educational and economic opportunities for all African Americans.
