The Brain Bus is coming to Southwest Florida on Aug. 2

The Florida Gulf Coast Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association will be offering its in-person Brain Bus on Aug. 2, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Neuropsychiatric Research Center at 1271 Metropolis Ave. in Fort Myers.

The Brain Bus raises awareness of Alzheimer’s and related dementias and addresses the benefits of early detection, early diagnosis, brain health and risk reduction. With two mobile units and virtual offerings, the Brain Bus is able to travel throughout Florida.

Visit the Brain Bus to learn about 10 warning signs of Alzheimer’s, 10 ways to love your brain, steps to an accurate diagnosis and advancements in research.
