County reschedules CDBG-DR meeting to Aug. 31
Due to Hurricane Idalia, Lee County canceled the Aug. 29 Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Public Information meeting which was scheduled to receive public comment and input on the Draft Action Plan for the $1.1 billion CDBG-DR funds.
The public meeting has been rescheduled for 5:30 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 31, at BIG ARTS, 900 Dunlop Road, Sanibel.
The public still has opportunity to provide comment and input. The draft action plan is published at leegov.com through Thursday, Aug. 31. Comments can be emailed to recovery@leegov.com, or mailed to Lee County Administration in care of the Office of Strategic Resources, 2115 Second St., Fort Myers, FL 33901.
