Paw-Rates of the Caribbean adoption event to be held at Gulf Coast Humane Society, Dec. 16
Come aboard our Paw-rates of the Caribbean adoption event and set sail with a crew of furry friends. Our shelter dogs and cats are ready to steal your heart, and we’re waving the flag for adopting, not shopping.
Whether you’re a K9 fanatic or a feline fan, we’ve got paws for all.. And, shiver me timbers, guess what? The K9 adoption fees are paid for by Chico’s Promise and the Feline’s adoption fees are paid by a generous GCHS Volunteer.
So, hoist the anchor and head on over.
During your Paw-Rate adventure, visit the outside K9 stations around the GCHS campus and meet adoptable dogs up close. Visit all six stations to fill your punch card (one per group) up and earn a Booty Bag sponsored by Papa John’s Pizza, as well be entered to win a raffle prize.
To save time, fill out an adoption application prior to the event, which can be found at gulfcoasthumanesociety.org/adopt.
An adoption application does not put a hold on the shelter dog or cat, but it will save time during the adoption process. If there are other pets in the household, please bring an updated rabies certificate for each. All applications have to be approved by GCHS staff before the adoption is final.
