To the editor:
Miguel C. Fernandez III is also my father, who is a very passionate, patient, steadfast person. His dream was always to become a judge, and promote equality for the people.
He is fair in everything he does. For example, he coached my softball game when I was a kid, and I had 3 balls and 2 strikes, and of course the pitch came in as a strike and I didn’t swing. Even though it was a strike I hoped he would call it a ball and let me go to first base, but he called it a strike because it was the right thing to do. He is a great man of integrity and knowledge and I admire him not only as a person but as my father.
I will always support him, and he has instilled in me so much, that I wish to be just like him. He is surely a man of his word, and if you ask anyone, I am positive they will say the same.
