In with the new, out with the old

To the editor:

Much has been said about today’s health care system, and we keep repeating this.Well, in with the new and out with the old.

We need to talk about the insurance reform, health care reform, and the marketplace, how they will help. The ACA will usher in a new relationship among patients, providers and insurers . Early disease treatment, patient-orientated medical care, and payment reform will do much to bring down cost and improve quality.

Quite often we pay inappropriate amounts, and there are abuses. However when we pay for outcome, there will be more thought about what is done .
