Lee County lucky to have Sheriff Scott

To the editor:

Sheriff Scott has once again made Lee County proud. Adding to his remarkable resume, the Sheriff has now been appointed to serve as a Commissioner for the Florida Corrections Accreditation Commission.

To be recognized by his peers as being an extraordinary professional, and then selected for this important position, is an honor we can all share in. The Sheriff is an elected official, we reelected him a number of times, and there’s no doubt that the trust we placed in him has proven to be good voter judgement.
